What an experience! I had 3 outdoor coaching sessions  with Larraine taking in a coastal route. Larraine put me at ease and ensured that the terrain and conditions were suitable to facilitate a positive coaching experience. I was in a turbulent time in my career experiencing stress and burn out and I needed to reach a decision about my future with my organisation.

The outdoor sessions enabled me to experience the power of clean air and deep breathing and this enabled me to think more clearly and make an informed logical decision about my future!

I completed 6 coaching sessions with Larraine to understand my inner voice after being newly appointed to a Managing Directors position. I felt safe and comfortable with Larraine as she put me at ease and allowed me to manage the pace and the flow of each session.

I learned a great deal about myself and my self- limiting beliefs and continue to feel the benefit of the sessions in my interactions with others.
