With over 30 years of industry experience working across recruitment, staffing solutions plus learning and development.

I specialise in guiding you to achieve your goals and ambitions through the transformative power of coaching and mentoring.

I hold a Level 7 executive coaching and mentoring qualification accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, and I am a member of the Association for coaching.

I am qualified to teach English to Adults and licensed to assess learners in their chosen programme of study. These qualifications and accreditations provide you with the assurance that you are working with a coach and mentor who practices within a strict code of ethics.

I offer face to face and virtual coaching sessions and I specialise in outdoor coaching where we embrace the power of nature to unlock your potential for growth and development .

I work with individual clients on a 121 basis and I work with organisations seeking my services for the personal and professional development of their employees.
