Coaching is an individual journey and the number of sessions required varies between each person.
Fees can be charged by the hour or as a block number of sessions.
Mentoring
The benefits from mentoring tend to be derived over a long period of time as your requirements change in line with gains in knowledge and skill.
Fees can be charged on a sessional basis or booked as a block.
Leadership Development
The Professional Development of leaders and managers can be booked as a package of workshop sessions and the price can be varied dependent on the number of people in the group.
