Coaching is a non-directive developmental process where we work together in partnership to empower you to achieve a specific goal.  It is a powerful process where I guide you through your professional and personal journey to develop your skills and confidence and to identify the range of tools at your disposal to achieve your aims.

It can lead to deep and long-lasting change where you are in charge of the final outcome. I engage a number of coaching techniques and methods designed to ensure you maximise your potential.

The coaching sessions can take place in person or virtually or you can explore the benefits of outdoor coaching where we conduct the session in nature.

Outdoor Coaching

I am an advocate for coaching in the great outdoors, harnessing the power of the forces of nature to facilitate a transformative coaching journey for my clients. The coaching session takes place during a walk in nature at your pace to promote a sense of well -being and to prepare your mind for being open and at ease. Walking side by side with me enables you to focus your eyes and attention on the external aspects of the environment which reduces the intensity of direct eye contact and allows you to feel comfortable and in the flow of the journey.
